    Appeals at the European Court of Human Rights

    The government of Republic of Turkiye has undersigned the European convention of human rights and acknowledges all the decisions and the competence of European Court of Human Rights.
    On the individual basis, if real person and organizations with legal entities such as political parties, unions, associations think that their rights are being violated, which were guaranteed with conventions and additional protocols, they can bring a suit against Republic of Turkiye and other countries having signed the contract.

    Except due to the the delimitations to the personal rights, also due to the delimitations to the property rights (e.g: condemnation) one can appeal at the European Court of Human Rights. But first, at all domestic legal instances, one must have appealed. By 44 of our hundreds of appeals regarding rights of property at the European Court of Human Rights, defense of the local government was claimed.
