    • Abolishment and appeal of public improvement plans

    Municipalities and other communal institutions plan public improvements for an organized urbanization. Aggrieved parties due to these plans have rights to appeal at concerned institutions. If these appeals are denied or not responded at time these aggrieved parties can appeal at administrative courts or at the council of state.
