    Condemnation Trials

Condemnation is the confiscation or the right to access of the state or other governmental institutions to the immovable properties of citizens through payment of the condemnation fee. According to the condemnation law number 2942, if there is no contract signed, the value of the property to be condemned will be defined by the court with the price determination and registration suit of the executives. And sometimes in cases of confiscation of the property by the executives the aggrieved party can bring a law suit of confiscation without condemnation. The condemnation of the Olimpiyat Stadium is one of the cases our office is concerned with.  For further information, you can check the precedents and publications sections.
